Chef de Rang - -
His/her responsibilities are as follows :
A good management of the service
The set up of tables, consoles, office
He/she is responsible for the cleanliness of the material, cutlery and dishes
He/she takes into account the needs, store, stationery
Knowledge of the menus and products
He/she trains the commis and trainees on the standards
The Chef de Rang is in contact in first position with our guests, he/she represents and reflects the Vista Palace Hotel corporate image

Receptionist - -
The receptionist is responsible for the welcome of the guest and ensures good relations between the front office and the dependent departments : during the reservation, the check in, the stay until the check out of the guest
The receptionist ensures a full reception service with adaptability to : reception, standard, encashment, public relations with the guests, information and reservation.
His/her main aim is to satisfy the guests. To reach this objective he/she will implement the principles of management with regard to the exploitation, the human relations and the marketing.
He/she is compelled to a right of reservation as well inside as outside the establishment taking into account the information to which he has access.

Commis - -
His/her responsibilities are as follows :
To follow the instructions of the Chef de Rang and Maître d’H
To ensure the different setup with the Chef de Rang
The service in close cooperation with the Chef de Rang
The Commis has a very important part, he/she is the link between the kitchen and the restaurant.
His/her primary work will ensure the success of the service.
